Gold-Speckled Globe Vase

A small round globe vase in deep tenmoku-black, covered with brilliant golden-yellow metallic ash speckling that catches light across the entire surface. The specks appear randomly but densely — the result of heavy ash fall during wood firing. Like a piece of the night sky held in a rounded form.
