Early Yunomi

A yunomi from an early period of this studio practice, when the fundamental forms of the work were being established. The daily act of throwing yunomi — small cups, repeated form, focus on touch and proportion — is central to this body of work. Each cup becomes a record of the maker's hands at a particular moment.
